Great team in the office & great movers on the ground - professional, quick, careful. I use them for all my moves.

Superb service both from the movers and the team behind them. Enjoyed speaking with Lauren May, who made sure everything was in order and that I had everything I needed. All of my belongings were in perfect condition, and they made sure to double-pack anything that I hadn't packed securely enough !!! I highly recommend!!

I couldn’t recommend Master Movers highly enough! From start to finish, the whole experience was incredibly smooth. Lauren and Reece were so helpful with the admin and organisation leading up to the move, and on moving day Aurel and Edi were absolutely fantastic. Reece was also there to oversee everything and lend a hand, which was really appreciated. The team arrived right on time, were incredibly quick and efficient, and were so kind and friendly throughout the day. I was particularly impressed with their wrapping service — they took such care with my framed artwork, lamps and other delicate items, making sure everything was properly protected for the journey. Everything arrived at my new home safely with no damage whatsoever, and the whole move felt far less stressful thanks to them. A genuinely brilliant team and service from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Master Movers and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

We used the 2 men + Luton van service to transport some furniture from Fulham to Wandsworth., having used them previously for a bigger job The 2-man crew were punctual and polite and did this small job in a timely fashion. They also quickly disassembled and reassembled furniture items. Would definitely recommend - much easier and quicker than doing it ourselves!

Couldn’t have done the move without AWT. We had a pretty hectic house move with two young children and a lot of stuff, and the team were absolutely brilliant throughout. From the initial quote, to packing the house up the day before, and then getting everything out and into the new house on moving day, I honestly couldn’t fault them. Everyone was friendly, calm, hardworking and just got on with it. Moving house is stressful enough, but having a team who clearly know what they’re doing made such a difference. A huge thank you to everyone at AWT. Would definitely recommend them.

Great removal team. I didn't get their names but were very polite, diligent and quick. The whole process was great. Would recommend

We had a really great experience! Lovely staff and very efficient. Thank you very much

This is the third time I've used Anthony Ward Thomas and I cannot praise them enough. Both office staff and crew members are incredibly friendly and efficient.

Fabian and his colleague were excellent at re-delivering my boxes and items back to my house. They were careful, efficient and polite whilst taking care of our newly renovated house. Emails to book the service were replied to promptly and efficiently. Would definitely use AWT again.

The movers were so helpful, quick and friendly. A very easy experience! I would definitely recommend.

The whole team was brilliant. From the initial quote the the day of moving, everyone involved was very friendly and sorted everything out. On the moving day the six man team showed up, introduced themselves and then got straight to work. The were so quick, professional and careful with all of our things. Unpacking the lorry was just as fast and they rebuilt all our furniture and made sure not to damage the walls or the floors. I can't praise them enough the whole team was excellent. Despite the horrible hot weather they never stopped or slowed down, complete professionals.

Anthony Ward movers really made a stressful move hassle-free, with prompt communication and a professional crew to help. From start to finish the process was smooth and we felt looked after. The crew assigned to our move were very helpful and careful. Prices transparent and fair. Would highly recommend and I will be a returning customer!

Having had a bad experience with a previous move (with a different company) I was particularly grateful to the guys at Anthony Ward Thomas for making the experience so smooth. The guys they sent were all extremely polite and professional, and the packing and move went without hitch. What really stood out though was the thought they gave to the practicalities of unpacking everything once they had gone. Boxes were really helpfully labelled; significant effort was put into ensuring everything was where I would need it when it came to unpacking (even down to box placement); and nothing was too much effort, even when initial plans for where things would go needed to change. Even when everything was in and reassembled, they double checked that there was nothing else I needed form them before they left. And all of this they did during an intense heatwave, but still efficiently and carefully, despite the stifling heat. I am so grateful to all of them for taking so much of the stress out of the move, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Anthony Ward Thomas was excellent. All their staff was knowledgeable, they could call up my details directly when I called and the entire process was as seamless and easy as you would expect in this digital world.

Great service - polite, professional and really helpful. Jamie was the team lead on the day and he was excellent, as was Jordan. Much appreciated - thanks. Everything was well wrapped and/or packaged.

Excellent team from the quote, communication to packing up our things. Very careful, polite and friendly. Thanks

Absolutely outstanding service from AWT! The team were incredibly careful and respectful with our belongings, worked tirelessly and efficiently and made the whole moving process feel so much less stressful. They were also an absolute pleasure to have around - friendly, professional, hardworking, and nothing was too much trouble. We couldn’t have asked for a better team and would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you for making our move such a positive experience!

From the moment Charlie Parry came to quote our move we knew we were in good hands. They had been recommended by a mate who had used them recently. On the day they came to pack with Neil as team leader they guys worked fast and fastidiously - all in good spirits and taking every request in their stride. On the move day the weather was pretty vile and the rain only seemed to stop when we were all waiting for 2 or 3 hours for the money to transfer. As they started to unload at the new house the heavens opened but they carried on in good spirits to unpack - the house was much smaller and they worked hard to get it all in. Shoutout to the guys who when all others had given up on getting our sofa into the living room - argued that he would find a way - he took it back to the van and calmly took the arm off - got the sofa in the room and put the arm back on. To say I was relieved was a massive understatement. The box pick up was also great - when I got to the point I could not move for empty boxes and wrapping papers & bubble wrap they came and collected it. Thanks for being a great team. 5 star.

Excellent service, very courteous, professional and friendly team. So helpful, Jordan and his team worked so hard. Thank you to the whole team and Tom Sutton.

From the moment of arranging the appointment to survey the house (with a charming and knowledgable bloke) to the team conducting the move I felt the most relaxed I’ve felt in any of the 3 moves I’ve done in the last two years. A good firm with professionals who care.

Great price and amazing service – I contacted them with very few days notice and they packed and moved a two-bed flat with no qualms or stress. Really recommend!
