The Homes of three bedrooms or more

We create a unique service for every job we undertake.

Our aim is to put together a removals service that’s tailor-made for your requirements. To do this we start by getting to know a bit about you. What’s your situation? What’s important to you? How can we make your life easier with our home removals service? After that, we put together a detailed plan for your relocation and we assemble a specialist team to carry each job out.

Master Removers

One of the key factors to our success is our insistence on employing time-served staff who dedicates their full attention to every single job they work on. We don’t operate like other standard home removals companies in London and all over Europe – our customers are safe in the knowledge that their possessions are being handled by experts who have the correct equipment on hand to perform every type of removal job. Our friendly team will turn up smartly dressed in the Ward Thomas uniform, ready to get the job done.

We Can Handle It

We take on big jobs, we take on small jobs – there’s no removals job we can’t facilitate and we operate throughout London (north, east, south and west). We fully commit ourselves to every job we undertake, ensuring that we offer the same level of professionalism and care for all of our customers.

Complimentary Services

We also offer a range of services to compliment our renowned removals service. Ward Thomas was created to offer a holistic removals service that attained the highest level of customer service, and as our company gained more customers, we started to expand our services to cater for our customers’ needs and requirements. By interacting closely with our customers, we’ve been able to craft a set of removals and related packages that provide the type of service we would expect to receive if we were customers.

Specialist Equipment

Our Ward Thomas fleet of vehicles come in every size and they also have specialist equipment like tail lifts for heavy items. We can arrange cranes, piano movers, crating, electricians, handymen, we can even help you arrange for someone to hang shelves and pictures for you. At Ward Thomas, we aim to continue working with our customers so we can continue to hone and improve our services.

Superb service both from the movers and the team behind them. Enjoyed speaking with Lauren May, who made sure everything was in order and that I had everything I needed. All of my belongings were in perfect condition, and they made sure to double-pack anything that I hadn't packed securely enough !!! I highly recommend!!

Response from the owner:Dear Customer, Thank you for your lovely recommendation. We are pleased to hear Lauren and the removal team provided a great service.

I couldn’t recommend Master Movers highly enough! From start to finish, the whole experience was incredibly smooth. Lauren and Reece were so helpful with the admin and organisation leading up to the move, and on moving day Aurel and Edi were absolutely fantastic. Reece was also there to oversee everything and lend a hand, which was really appreciated. The team arrived right on time, were incredibly quick and efficient, and were so kind and friendly throughout the day. I was particularly impressed with their wrapping service — they took such care with my framed artwork, lamps and other delicate items, making sure everything was properly protected for the journey. Everything arrived at my new home safely with no damage whatsoever, and the whole move felt far less stressful thanks to them. A genuinely brilliant team and service from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Master Movers and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Response from the owner:Dear Kitty, Thank you for your glowing review! We appreciate you taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback for the team.

We used the 2 men + Luton van service to transport some furniture from Fulham to Wandsworth., having used them previously for a bigger job The 2-man crew were punctual and polite and did this small job in a timely fashion. They also quickly disassembled and reassembled furniture items. Would definitely recommend - much easier and quicker than doing it ourselves!

Response from the owner:Dear Christina, Thank you for your lovely review. We are pleased to hear both Jason and Adam's team provided a great service.

Couldn’t have done the move without AWT. We had a pretty hectic house move with two young children and a lot of stuff, and the team were absolutely brilliant throughout. From the initial quote, to packing the house up the day before, and then getting everything out and into the new house on moving day, I honestly couldn’t fault them. Everyone was friendly, calm, hardworking and just got on with it. Moving house is stressful enough, but having a team who clearly know what they’re doing made such a difference. A huge thank you to everyone at AWT. Would definitely recommend them.

Response from the owner:Dear Poppy, Thank you for your lovely review. We are pleased to hear the team provided a positive moving experience.
