The AWT New Residential Blocks service has already worked with several luxury developments, including retirement complexes, modern co-living spaces and other kinds of new-builds.
We’ve collaborated with Tipi, the all-inclusive living space that’s revolutionising the rentals market, providing shared living/working spaces within one building, as well as communal outdoors areas and exercise rooms. Tipi provides its residents with round-the-clock support, including arranging dry-cleaning. We’re able to form part of Tipi’s stand-by services, available whenever they or their residents need us. We’ve also worked with Battersea Place Retirement.
We’ll provide a dedicated team for moving people in and out of your complex, making sure we’re familiar with the building and its internal and external layouts right from the start. We have a.m. and p.m. teams to avoid clashes over lifts, with one person designated to oversee the site and manage it from a logistical point of view.
